We recommend reaching out at least a few days before your departure so we have time to schedule a pre-trip walkthrough and build your care plan. For longer trips or larger
plant collections, a week or more of notice helps us ensure everything is properly arranged before you leave.
We monitor your plants closely on every visit and will contact you right away if we notice anything concerning. For minor issues like a yellowing leaf or dry soil, we handle it on
the spot. For anything more significant, we’ll reach out with a clear update and our recommended course of action so you can make the call from wherever you are.
Absolutely. Our Travel Maintenance service is available for both residential and commercial clients. If you’re a business owner heading out of town and need coverage
while your regular team is away, we can step in and keep your office or commercial plant environment in perfect condition until you’re back.
